Can i go to the police academy with a Other than honorable discharge from the army?

i live in TN i am getting a OTH for some crap..first off i am not a bad soldier i have put in 4yrs of good service i have 2 yrs left on my contract i have been deployed to afghanistan i also have a secret security clearance i have been to multiple school for the army and have never been in trouble b4.. i missed 3 drills in 1 year 1 drill was because of my truck being broke down ( i live 250miles from my unit) weather being the 2nd drill and moving being the 3rd i dont understand y i am getting discharged anyways but i want to go to the police academy is it possible with a OTH discharge...if nt how will it affect me in getting other jobs
