There are a lot of variables to answer your question. What kind of job does he have? Is he a workaholic? If not, then I would say that he has other women besides you. Most 29 year old males that I have met want sex more than twice a week. Hell, most people want sex more than twice a week. So, either he is limiting his time with you because he doesn't want to care too much about you or he his squeezing you in between his other obligations, whatever those obligations may be. But if you want to see other guys then tell him that you don't want to be exclusive at this time. I mean, why did you stop seeing each other in the first place. Revisit the whys and you may not want to see him at all.
