Hmm Alchemy Real or not? ?

k ive been Studying in Alchemy and ive heard from some people that it is true and from sum people they think it is a load of **** but since ive been studying it i found out that people have used Alchemy Before to Make Medicines and other Stuff Like Breaking down cells and recunstrucking them, ive head a story from some one and it isnt a lie His friend said he can use basic alchemy so he went to his house and he did things with chemicals and ingredints of Wood and he poored it on his Arm and the Next Day Some of his Skin Was Wood and he just said its basic Alchemy and u have to brake the cells down and join them to ures but after all of this resherch im wondering one thing How do you do it i mean like when u put the ingredints together what do you do with it? thx for ur help =P
