In the world cup should we always hate on the team that beat ures?

i mean like the americans wanted ghana to loose to urugauy and many said that ghana cheated against usa LOL idk wer they got that from, and germans were all against the spanish in the world cup final, i never hated the team that my teams lose to unless they ACTUALLY cheated and didnt desevre to win like uruguay
