If I lied on and SF-86, then enlisted in another branch and told truth would I get in trouble?

If I enlisted into one branch and left out that I have smoked weed, then re-enlisted into another branch into an MOS that required a security clearance and I told the truth on that sf-86 and that paperwork I had smoked weed would it disqualify me and would I get in trouble with either service? Mainly a oth or dishonorable discharge?
