Does florida have any other scholarship programs for military veterans without using the GI Bill?

I have an OTH for a stupid mistake that I forever regret, but I'm working on getting it upgraded and the job market in this state sucks so I need to go back to school as soon as I can. I thought that florida had several programs for veterans but I don't even know where to begin to look.
