What is the typical discharge for failing navy drug test?

my brother is in the navy and smoked weed recently... he is in training in great lakes, il. if he pops on the drug test what kind if discharge will he face? most people say dishonorable but isn't that too harsh? usually things like desertion, sexual assault, murder, etc. would be DD. Is OTH the most likely?
