How can i get back in the marine corps after receiving an OTH discharge for not attending drill?

Im not sure if my discharge has even gone through yet, the reason why i didn't attend drill is bc i was going through some depression my fathers very sick and i couldn't balance the military and my family at the time, but hes better now and i regret leaving the marine corps. i have nothing against the marine corps at all i would do anything to get back in. any help? can i contact my local recruiter for help also? if it helps im an 0311
