Need real advice. What should I do?

This is why FWB relationships don't work -- someone always gets too emotionally attached. What's going on here is very simple: His only real interest in you is for sex, and he believes you want more than that, so this is his way of getting across the point that he's only interested in a casual sex relationship with you. BOTTOM LINE: He will never see you as anything more than a f**k buddy, so for crying out loud get out and date other guys! P.S.: If/When you find another guy don't tell your FWB because it's none of his business and you should simply use him the way he uses you.
