Should I have let him?

Ok so i went to this fair with freinds the guy i like so much was there he likes me too...However my mom doesnt let me date im 13 before we left we were looking in to eachothers eyes just me and him and he leaned in i wanted to doi it sooo baddd but the guilt of hiding it from my mother would eat me alive......so i just said i cant and he understood and still likes me...but should i have just did it? wouldve been a great first kiss......
