Small red dots on my skin?

I got these tiny tiny red dots on my skin,mostly around my stomach area and thighs,i still itch on my arms and legs but i dont see the red dots there,just stratch marks and i dunno what they are! I dont have bed bugs,my cat doesnt have fleas or i wouldve noticed and i have tried alot of itching creams like benadryl and it doesnt work.it might be scabies but idk,i can pull some of the red dots off but it just makes it bleed.i wanna stop itching for good,but dunno how! fyi: its been like this since mid april and i havent been in contact with anyone whos itching either,or havent had sex.
