What can you paint Pokemon Plushies with?

Okay, So I collect Pokemon Plushies. I want to make them Shiny Plushies. Such as, The new Zekrom Plush. I need to re-paint the tip oth the head green and the eyes blue to make it look shiny. What kind of paint can I do this with? Fabric Paint?
