What to do about him...............?{looking for best answer}?

To be honest it kind of sounds like he doesn't want to be with you. I think at some point of his life he did but he found someone else and just doesn't know how to tell you that he doesn't want you anymore so he keeps saying he'll ask you out so you don't feel bad but he never does. I know it's probably not the answer you wanted but it's my opinion.. I hope I helped gurl:)
