One Tree Hill song? helpppp!!!!?

So I heard the song Ever The Same by Rob Thomas & I feel like it was used in a One Tree Hill episode! I cannot remember which one though!! I have a feeling it was used in the 4th season (I could be wrong about that) but I know it was used in the show! Either for a Peyton/Lucas scene or a Nathan/Hayle scene (I could be wrong about that too...) But I'm almost certain it was in OTH.... does anyone know which episode??
